Selina Tomasich

Upon leaving high school, Selina worked in the financial sector for ten years before taking time off to have children. Re-entering the workforce, she established four businesses on the Sunshine Coast which were then sold or exited. In each of these businesses Selina was owner-manager and, in one instance, the CEO for a national chain. She then moved on to work in Corporate Management before formalizing her knowledge via tertiary qualifications.

Mark Tomasich

Mark Tomasich is a serving Queensland Police officer and has been involved with Hair Aid since the first day Hair Aid began. Having attended 22+ projects in four countries, supporting Selina in numerous aspects of the planning, logistics, and execution, his depth of experience is extensive. With more than 30 years of experience in law, policing, policy and development of education and training his skills, with facilitating meetings with international government departments are well utilized.  

Dianne Ross

Dianne Ross is an experienced and awarded Teaching Vocational Education Certified Educator with 25 years experience. Ms Ross is the President and founder of a Charity organisation Harm Minimisation Strategics that commenced in 2009. Harm Minimisation Strategics vision is to support marginalised and vulnerable youth in making proactive and positive choices that can impact from drug, sex, or other harmful substances or activities. Educational campaigns expose youth to critical situations that they could be exposed to and provide options and strategies for better decision making.

Steven Cottingham, Author, Health Researcher and Social Enterprise Activist.

Steven is a passionate life educator and coach having worked with clients in Africa, Indonesia, PNG, Philippines, China, New Zealand, and Australia. Steven calls himself a ‘serial’ entrepreneur, a social enterprise advocate (and a bit of a ‘Jack of all trades’).
In the distant past, Steven was a gazetted administration and financial advisor to local government councils in Papua New Guinea, and a small business adviser in South Africa and Australia.

Elisha Phillips

With more than 21 years of experience working for Queensland Government in Administration and Executive Assistant roles Elisha understands government requirements,  policy, and procedures, legal requirements, reporting and compliance.  Having developed extensive organizational frameworks for project management, development, human resources,  and specific legal requirements from legislation Elisha is recognized as an expert in her field.

Lynette Maguire

Dr. Lynette Maguire is the Chief Executive Officer of the charity, My Wedding Wish whose charter is to gift weddings to the terminally ill around Australia.  Lynette is a Director of three NFPs, is a JP Magistrate hearing cases at Maroochydore Magistrates Court, and is an Academic at University of Sunshine Coast teaching into the School of Communication and School of Health.
