​Each volunteer raises their own costs to attend, and this can be done via fundraising, or you can choose to pay your own costs. If you are planning on fundraising, Hair Aid can send information with some ideas of what to do.

Phillipines (Cebu) 9th - 14th Sept 2024 $AUD2,345.00 + flights

Guatemala (Antiqua) 14-18th Oct 2024 $AUD2,300.00 + flights

The project costs covers seven nights accommodation (Saturday before project starts, till Friday the following week) and all other associated costs of the project; team uniforms, on the ground transport during the 7 days of the project, airport pick up and drop off, logistics, project insurance, administration, community fees, translator costs, local/in-country staff expenses, transportation, uniform expenses, location inspections, government paperwork requirements, graduation celebration costs, resource purchases, COVID packs, team medical kit, and all other incidentals.

On top of the project costs you will need to book and pay for your own flights and pay for your own private medical insurance (medical insurance is mandatory, including COVID Cover).

You also pay for your own food and drink during the project. Food/drink costs usually work out to $30 a day.
